First Willowbrook lawsuit filed against KB Home for negligent construction defects

Bradenton, Florida– 10 News has obtained the first lawsuit from a Willowbrook homeowner filed against KB Home
The ongoing 10 News investigation of the problems began in the Manatee County subdivision in 2012 after building complaints were filed about the home building company.

Homeowners have been dealing with rotting walls and collapsing balconies on their newer homes- ranging between just three and six years old.
In a lawsuit filed by Meagan Burke, she claims KB Home was aware that the homes were not built properly, and would suffer damages from water intrusion.
