KB Home Willowbrook Victims Seek Pro Bono Legal Services

DoGoodCloud5COMP

Have you ever watched the movie “Enemy of the State” and thought what would happen if that type of corruption was a real? Until this last year, I was a naive American who believed that our government and legal system would protect us little people from the bullying and corruption of large organizations and such corruption didn’t really exist.  Well, today I can assure that I was wrong and the only real protection that we have is the unity created by our common injustices and the will for a few brave souls to fight for what they believe in.

Helping those who help others!

If you live in the greater Tampa Bay Area and you have watched or read the news, chances are you have heard about KB Homes, shoddy construction, Willowbrook, and many of the other damaged neighborhoods.  The hard work and sacrifice of a few suffering homeowners has helped countless others and exposed the truth about KB Homes, the quality of their products, their history, and poor ethics.  Now, several of the homeowners who started it all are being sued by KB Home in federal court. My friends and I are asking for some free or contingent based legal assistance and need your help.  If you’re an attorney and you would like to meet with us, please feel free to contact us here!

Looks like total intimidation trying to get you to shut up on how corrupt this company is. I bet you they are going to try to strike deals offering low settlements to get you to sign a shut-up clause with the promise to drop the suits. I believe KB is not happy with the truth on their company coming out and trying anything to stop you. KB Home tried to sue another website owner and lost. “Great expense to address warranty requests” They outright refused to address my issues. Look at the turnover study, whistle blowers paid off, who is the corrupt one here? We bought our homes in good faith and were ripped off period. If they don’t like the truth out there, they should have built these right in the first place. Stand strong, your in the right.

I don’t know if the lawsuit has any merit or not.
    But defendants
Can check out a excellent legal self help Web site called nolopress.com
They might even suggest pro bono leads.
