KB Homes Willowbrook and KB Homes Palm River are sister communities in Bradenton and Tampa, respectively. Both look nearly identical with the exception of the twig makeshift balconies that KB Homes put up at Palm River once they started going bad and also the siding that they used to cover up the water intrusion issues on some units, but I digress.
